Caution glass in the pool

Our friend cut his finger with a piece of glass in the pool. There was no first aid kit at the bar, there were no antiseptics at the reception in the first aid kit, only bandages and cough candies. As an apology, they offered us a 10% discount on the bill, and then only after we asked about it. That is the manager estimated the damage from swimming in the pool with glass at about 140₹. Not nice.

The view from the room is the best part of the hotel. Check in was smooth and the service was also good. The food is really good and reasonable. Staff is helpful. Cheers to the team of Raposo will surely come back again

Worst Management for such a nice property

The property is located in beautiful location but the pain area is the management behaviour. Check in time is 12 but we had to wait till 4pm to get a room. We booked 3 rooms with sea view but got only one and the other two rooms had restaurant and jungle view. We tried to speak with the owner, Loren/Lorraine who was too rude to accommodate any request for a change in room as we were told that we can leave the place if we do not like it. Since it was a weekend and we were around 10 people it was difficult to take a decision like that and had to adjust. The property and the restaurant staffs are really nice, but some steps should be taken for the management who does not bother once booking is done.

This was my second stay in Raposo. View from the balcony is breath taking. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food quality and taste its is excellent at a very reasonable price. Surely recommended to the visitor of north goa. Parking is outside the premise but security is not an issue. Definitely visit next time

Great hosts - Anthony and Jeffery. Super view from the property. Awesome tasting food. Great service. Super clean pool and jacuzzi. My family just loved the stay. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone, who us looking for a nice, stress-free and peaceful vacation in Goa.
